Durocher surrendered one hit and one run over four innings while walking two. Pierce Babbs collected three hits in three at bats in the win. Babbs singled in the first inning, singled in the second inning, and singled in the fourth inning. Peru Jr High Tigers got on the board in the top of the first inning after Babbs singled to right field, Isaac Church was struck by a pitch, and Church stole home, each scoring one run. Peru Jr High Tigers scored nine runs on two hits in the top of the second inning. Liam Sopher singled, scoring one run, Durocher drew a walk, scoring one run, Jayvier Hunt drew a walk, scoring one run, Kody Daily drew a walk, scoring one run, Sopher drew a walk, scoring one run, Brenden Draper drew a walk, scoring one run, and Babbs singled, scoring one run.
